Back to School Jitter Juice
We all know students come with lots of “jitters” on the first day of school. This lesson is perfect to not only get rid of their “jitters” but also to introduce the inquiry process! Students begin the first week of school off with practicing making observations using their senses as well as practicing making a graph. Students then engage in an investigation to see if dry ice changes the taste of their juice! Writing sheets have been provided as well. Your students will love this activity the first week of school! Can be done over three days or in 1 day! Please note this is a zip file that contains a power point that you can use to guide the lesson during class!
